Sassy Tools Batch Emailer

This application allows email to be sent to a group or batch of email recipients using a Microsoft Outlook Email Account. The list of recipients are selected from a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file.

Configuration
A basic configuration is required to save the Microsoft Outlook account to be used in sending email. A delay between email messages sent can also be set.

Email Templates
The application provides the ability to create and manage email templates. Templates allow “replacement” tags to be inserted which allows emails to be dynamically created with names, dates, and other information.

Email Batches
The CSV file is the source for all email that is sent using the application. The source file contains the list of email addresses with an identifier for the batch along with the recipient’s first & last name.

Command Line Instruction (CLI)
A command line instruction is generated that can be used to send mail from a command prompt or application scheduling application. This allows email to be sent unattended and/or on a timed frequency.

Email Logging
Each email sent is recorded in a log file. Logged entries are associated to the template used to send email.

Email Tracking Add-On Feature
The feature allows you identify email messages that have been opened by the recipient. Metrics are provided for email sent, opened, not opened, and opened multiple times. This feature can be purchased at any time and is valid for 12 consecutive months from the time of purchase.

Email UnSubscription Add-On Feature
The feature provides the email recipient with a link at the bottom of each email that they can click to unsubscribe/opt-out from future email messages. This feature can be purchased at any time and is valid for 12 consecutive months from the time of purchase.

Operations
There are three ways to generate and send email:
1. Via the User Interface Window - Send email from within the application window.
2. Via a Command Console Window – Using the command generated by the user interface.
3. Via a Scheduler – Any application that can be used to schedule applications to run with parameters can be used
